Compassionate Therapy Centered Around Your Needs
If you've found yourself at a crossroads, allow me to help you find your next step.
I once heard someone say, "Therapy isn't about learning to feel good. It's about learning to get good at feeling."
Together, that is what we'll do. During our sessions, we can:
Develop tools necessary for feeling all that is within you.
Create space to experience the uncomfortable emotions that demand to be felt.
Address persistent thought loops or repeated patterns.
Practice skills for communicating with loved ones, partners, and children.
Determine how to move forward intentionally, authentically, and meaningfully.
My approach to each session is trauma-informed and highly individualized. I seek to empower you by attuning to your presence and, above all, listening to you.
I have experience working with clients of all ages: adolescents, teens, couples, adults, and families. I also support clients coming from a range of backgrounds: from difficulty parenting to experiences of shame, grief, anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, and more.
Wherever you’re coming from, I am confident that together, we can walk down a new path. Though it may be daunting, you will leave each session knowing you are heard, valued, understood, and on your way to a version of yourself you can be proud of.
A bit about me
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I spent 6 years in New Orleans before moving to Denver, Colorado in June 2022 to be closer to the mountains. I spend my time outside of work enjoying the beauty that surrounds me, and building and nourishing my community. I love to be physically active, and am always finding new ways to practice embodiment and find joy.

Do you have a child who exhibits behavioral issues at home, at school, or with peers, and feel unsure how to help them establish better habits?
Do you have experiences from your past that keep you up at night, or disrupt your present relationships with others? Do you want to understand the impacts of these experiences on your present-day needs?
